Stop Crying Your Heart Out

What can I say, it's been ages since i've written a blog. The last one was written in June (I checked) this is too long ago! I'd like to say that since June my life has been jam packed full of excitement and fun. I won't, becuase this would be a lie. However, I have had a pretty good summer... and I must admit I do miss the nice-ish weather.
So... I guess I should write about the 2nd half of June, July, August, September and what we have had of October, don't worry, I won't. But since the last blog I have had one particually spectacular weekend, that now seems ages ago. That, of course, was the weekend I went to Guilfest AND saw Oasis. Anywayy, that was an immense weekend. I've also had some other reasonably good days, but none up to the standard of that weekend.
I simply cannot write this blog post without mentioning the event that has taken over the last few months for me. This of course being the split of the greatest rock'n'roll band since the 60's, and possibly of all time. There is no need to remind you that this is of course Oasis. I must say when I heard the news I was not far from devestated, but like many Oasis fans had to bite the bullet and admit that this outcome had been predicted for years. Noel's last 'Tale From The Middle Of Nowhere' pretty much summed it up and convinced me to focus on the good times, of which there were many.
And on the subject of focussing on the good times, it's Green Day on Saturday (and i'm already bouncing off the walls about it) and i've still got The Specials, The Enemy and Madness to see before the year is up. So, life's good and now I have these few months covered I can make my next blog post a moaning one (these are my favourite)
