It's May, yaaaay [<< I hope you are all aware of my poetic rhyming skills I used just there] Anywaay.... the point is that its my first blog of the month and therefore should be about something interesting... well tough luck!
Today, I was browsing through my mother's CD collection, as I often do, and took out all the CD's that looked quite good and brought them up to my room and added them to my CD collection, or more to the point, I was about to until I was caught red handed!
Although the majority of people would bow their heads in shame and hand back the CD's when greeted with the phrase "where the hell are you going with my CD's". I did not. Instead I replied with "i'm stealing them, mwhahaha-ha-ha". This brings the question (and the main point of this blog) am I a thief!?!?!
I would like to say that I am not a thief and infact a lovely, brilliant person [and although this is true] I think I may also be a thief. After all, this is not the first time I have stolen CD's. In fact I do this on quite a regular basis.
Now I am desperatly trying to think of something to defend my own accusation with.
Firstly, they are all good CD's so therefore I felt I had no choice. To prove this point here is a list of some of the CD's I have stolen so far...
1. Green Day - American Idiot
2. The Fratellis - Costello Music
3. The Jam - All Mod Cons
4. The Kinks - You Really Got Me
5. Pulp - Different Class
6. The Killers - Sams Town
7. The Last Shadow Puppets - Age Of The Understatement
8. 30 Years Of Punk - Volume 1 + 2
9. Fleet Foxes - I think it's called Fleet Foxes... (technically this is borrowed although normally borrowed things never get returned)
That'll do (you get the picture..)
And secondly, ermmmmm ermmmmmm ermmmmm. Okay so there is no secondly. But i'm not a thief..... am I???
Okaay to end this terribly boring post I would like to point out things I have noticed while writing it. (Another list.... yay!)
1. My sentences go on way to long, with comma's in all the wrong places
2. I always use the wrong way of saying there/their/they're... what one is it? I DON'T KNOW! (Sorry Camilla... thats Camilla O'Brien not the Duchess of Cornwall)
3. I am amazing at rhyming [although I sort of new that already!]
4. I use both sets of the different brackets ( ) + [ ] << What's the difference!?!?! I'll set that as a challenge for Jennifer to find out :)
5. I have a bloody amazing taste in music (and again, I knew that already)
6. A tip for anyone reading this. NEVER, under any circumstances lend me a CD.
Okayy, Finished!
Oh wait, I forgot to mention that I got Green Day standing tickets for the Saturday WOW! (Ellen wanted me to write a whole blog about it, but this has been much more interesting... right??) << So Ellen, that was for you!
